I recently called Unity and spoke to Simon about shipping/importing from China. He was in no hurry whatsoever to get me off the phone and provided me with a goldmine of information, which I am very grateful for. I will be doing business with Unity in 2027, and 60+ 5-star Google reviews speak for themselves. Talk in January, Simon.

Simon, and everyone at Unity Logistics, are the most helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating group of professionals I have come across in their field. We are only a small company that does not do a lot of exporting so their advice and assistance, especially with the paperwork, is invaluable! I cannot praise them highly enough, we have had no issues whatsoever with any of the shipments that they have processed for us over the last 6/7 years……I really do appreciate all their hard work and would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone. Becci, although new to the Unity team is not new to us at Baerlocher, she is friendly, professional and genuinely cares. Everything is always handled efficiently, and she goes above and beyond to meet our needs.

Brilliant freight forwarder that always goes above and beyond on customer service with very competitive pricing. Would highly recommend any business to build a relationship with Unity. Updated 19/3/25 - Still dealing with Unity regularly and still can't recommend them enough.

The team at Unity are absolutely fantastic. They are super helpful from start to finish, going above and beyond to ensure they find the best and most cost-effective solution for you. Their experience and skill in solving any problems that may arise while moving stock halfway across the world are impressive. They are highly responsive at all times, which is incredibly reassuring. I can wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I can't speak highly enough of Unity Logistics who we have been using for some years now. Knowledgeable and extremely professional, they have helped us to navigate some very awkward imports and exports over the years. Simon and the team always go over and above to make sure goods get to their destination on time and with the correct paperwork trail. Keep up the good work! We really appreciate you!!!
